Make the most of your property investment

Our range of Freestyle® Buy to Let mortgages allow you to make the most of your property investments. We can offer specially reduced rates for up to 10 buy to let properties. What’s more if you have a Freestyle mortgage already, you are eligible for preferential Freestyle Buy to Let rates.

You can borrow up to 75% of either the property's value or purchase price, whichever is lower, up to a maximum of £500,000. In addition, if you want to add more properties to your portfolio, there are half price fees on up to 9 additional Buy to Let mortgages bought in the following 12 months - providing the maximum overall lending does not exceed £500,000.

The facts:

  • Arrangement and booking fees payable on all of our mortgages
  • Rental income must cover at least 110% of your monthly interest payment
  • Preferential rates are available to customers who have a Freestyle Mortgage on the property they live in.
